Why Mexico?
Janet had spent most of her life in California and there worked as a journalist and publisher of magazines. However, as retirement neared, she decided that it made more sense to go a somewhat cheaper route. Because of its natural beauty, amazing culture and lower cost of living, Mexico was the perfect answer.
Lower Cost of Living:
She had been unable to afford rent and basic costs of living in America on her retirement pension. Originating in Mexico that gave her the financial means to not just secure a home, but to also have a more relaxed, happier life.
