2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on InvestPal.me was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by providing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL or direct link).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it in accordance with the DMCA, unless the party who submitted the original DMCA notification files a lawsuit seeking a court order to keep the material removed.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, InvestPal.me will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access to our Website for users who are deemed to be repeat infringes.

4. Limitations of Liability

You acknowledge that your DMCA notification or Counter-Notice may result in legal proceedings between you and the party providing the original complaint. In submitting a DMCA notification or Counter-Notice, you agree to indemnify InvestPal.me from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from these proceedings.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
