Its gonna crash by year end. Pin this then feel free to thank me when it happens.
Isn't the definition of a crash 20+%?
You are correct. Trying to predict a crash in stock market is like trying to predict an earthquake in California. Yes both will happen from time to time. I’ll just buy good stocks and hang in there. The cream always rises to the top.
You can invest in the stock maket but also keep at least 25% in cash or TBills. Keep another 25% in hard assets such as Gold. So if the market takes a nosedive & those assets get wiped out, you still have 50% left over to rebuild the other 50% you lost in the crash. Isn't that what Warren Buffet does? That's why his Berkshire Hathaway is sitting on so much cash.
We are in the typical US 18.6 year property cycle. 14 years up and 4 down (on average), with a mid cycle recession after year 7. The peak in the US land market is expected in 2026. Other markets tend to follow 6-12 months later, but can extend further. Example land peak in 1926 and stock market crash in 1929.
This cycle has over 225 years of proven history in the USA and since the 1950’s it has been almost month perfect.
Covid coincided with the typical mid cycle mini recession, it was not the cause. In the last cycle it was the Dotcom bubble, again not the cause.
The second half of the cycle is always the strongest. Banks make lending easier, Governments stimulate the economy and come up with schemes to allow more people into the land market, pushing prices higher.
Land leads the economic cycles.
Some typical things to watch out for. There is always a world’s highest buildings opening opening during the downturn. Examples, Burj Khalifa in 2010 (during the so called “GFC”), and Saudi Arabia is expected to open the Jeddah Tower in 2028 during the next downturn.
Empire State Building (nicknamed the “Empty State Building” at the time because there were no tenants).
Also, we are still in the up cycle of the Kondratieff wave, due to peak around 2030. Australia where I live missed the worst of the last cycle because of the commodities boom, Canada and other commodity rich Countries would have experience the same massive boom in their respective economies.
Check out Phil Anderson from Australia, Ahkil Patel and Fred Harrison from the UK to learn more.
There is a great video of Phil from 2010 on YT predicting exactly what has happened so far. But if I post the link it will block the comment.

Sacrifice 2% on puts that will limit your losses until you can exit the market.

Maybe.

There was no crash in Covid because they prevented it with all the fake money thank you Biden for wonderful inflation extra deee money anyways we are due for a crash for many years already past due Covid was the perfect time for a crash but they prevented it with free fake money let see how long the bandaid last
The greatest stock trade I ever made was buying a ton of one stock at $10, for it to crash to $2 when I bought even more, then I sold it at $120 5 years later. Turned $50k into $1.8M. Crashes are the best time to find deals even if it hurts to buy more.
What about 2022 interest rate shock, or 2025 trade liberation day? Do those not count as crashes?
Go look at the great depression. Then you tell me
but what day does it happen??? I wanna know the dayyyyy!!! 😅
