sk 하이닉스는 부채도 적고 현금도 풍부합니다. 근데 왜 미국에 ADR로 상장했을까요? 이유는 바로 미국정부의 공격을 방어하기 위해서입니다. 미국정부는 현재 한국,중국,대만에 반도체 무역적자가 급증하고있고 달러가 빠져나가는것을 경계하고있습니다. 그래서 다양한 방법을 동원해 sk하이닉스와 삼성을 압박해서 이익금을 몰수하거나 미국으로 다시 달러를 가져오게 할것입니다. 이때 하이닉스가 미국에 상장함으로써 미국인 주주가 많이 생기게 되면 미국정부입장에서 하이닉스를 압박하는게 미국인 국민들에게 피해가 발생한다는점을 이용하는겁니다. 만약 한국에만 상장되어있고 일부 미국의 증권사만 간접적으로 지분을 보유하고있는것과 수많은 미국인이 직접 주식을 보유하고있는것은 미국정부의 태도에 확실히 영향을 미칠것입니다. 완전한 자유시장이라는것은 세상에 존재하지않습니다. 모든것은 조작된 결과일뿐입니다. 금값, 유가, 주가, 부동산, 자동차, 반도체, 컴퓨터 모든것은 자유시장이 아니라 국가와 기업간의 치열한 전략싸움의 결과입니다. 미국정부는 미국이 수출하는것은 비싸게 팔고싶고 수입하는것은 싸게 사오고싶은 당연한 욕망입니다. 미국의 주력 수출품인 빅테크들의 디지털 제품에 대해서는 전세계 99%국가에서 무관세이지만 미국이 주로 수입하는 실물 물건에 대해 높은 관세를 메기는것도 같은 이치입니다.
