Model Olivia Culpo is just five months away from becoming a mother of two—but she is determined to complete at least one major project before the arrival of her second baby with husband Christian McCaffrey: renovating the family’s picturesque “forever home” in California.
The former Miss USA, 34, took to her Instagram to reveal that she and NFL star McCaffrey, 30, who wed in 2024 and welcomed their first child in March 2025, are in the process of giving their $14.5 million property a head-to-toe overhaul to ensure it is looking its very best by the time the newest member of their family is born.
Culpo and McCaffrey purchased the Fryman Canyon, CA, dwelling from actor George Clooney in 2025, but they are now steadily eradicating all traces of the “Ocean’s Eleven” star from the home in a bid to turn it into their dream family abode.
Revealing a sneak peek at the changes, Culpo pointed to one particular area of irritation that she has since transformed: dual bathrooms that sat next to each other with their own doors.
“Remember the two bathrooms next to each other that made no sense? All gone! I moved the door to the kitchen and now it will be a scullery,” Culpo wrote alongside an image of her hallway with the offending bathrooms on full display.
But the model did not stop there, moving on to several other spaces in the house, all of which have been given a stunning facelift, outfitted with new wallpaper, paint, and upgraded floors.
She then shared before-and-after images of the dining room, revealing that the space has been completely cleared of all previous decor, including the industrial lighting fixture that hung in the middle of the room, as well as the orange curtains and white wood-paneled ceilings.
The space has, instead, been given a fresh new aesthetic, complete with patterned wallpaper, hardwood flooring, exposed wooden beams, and an elegant crystal chandelier hanging at the center of the space.
“Currently … Dining table and chairs going in soon!,” Culpo captioned the video of the newly revamped room.
The dwelling serves as the primary residence for the model, who is due to give birth to her second baby in November, and her husband, who is currently one of the leading players on the San Francisco 49ers.
The opulent six-bedroom, six-bathroom abode sprawls across 7,354 square feet, giving the couple plenty of room for their growing family.
It also boasts one other very important amenity for such a celebrity couple: privacy. The secluded oasis is tucked behind a slew of trees and features a stunning main house, two guest villas, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a resort-style swimming pool.
Inside, the home boasts a library, screen room, and wine wall.
Culpo and McCaffrey purchased the home from Clooney, 65, who bought it from Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million in 1995.
One month after splashing out a staggering sum on the property, Culpo gushed about it on Instagram.
“Now onto my next project, the most exciting one of all. Our forever home. So much original character to protect in this home, it’s going to be such a special project,” she said.
The couple’s purchase came four months after they tied the knot in a lavish Rhode Island ceremony attended by their close friends and family.
At the time, Culpo told People magazine, “I loved every part of my wedding. I love my husband and the people we got to celebrate that day with.”
Three months before they said “I do,” Culpo revealed she was ready to start expanding her family, joking that she was going to “rip out [her] IUD” and “start trying immediately” after the wedding.
The former Miss Universe also holds the keys to a $3.5 million property in Encino, CA, which she purchased in 2019 and which served as her and McCaffrey’s main residence during the NFL offseason.
In 2021, she told Architectural Digest she purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property to get away from the “noise” of Hollywood.
“I realized I really wanted something that felt more calming, like a sanctuary almost. A respite from the city,” she said at the time.
McCaffrey previously owned a North Carolina mansion, which he sold in 2024 for $12.5 million, and a Charlotte, NC, condo, which he let go of in 2024 for $3 million.
In recent months, Culpo has confessed that the couple keep their romance alive during her spouse’s busy season by “prioritizing date nights at least twice a month.”
“During the season, it can be a little more difficult. Just prioritizing one-on-one time,” she told E! News in September.
