EXCL: Kylie Jenner Slashes $10 Million Off Price of Brutalist Concrete Fortress

Kylie Jenner has cut a sizable $10 million off the price of her lavish concrete fortress in Los Angeles—as she returned the property to the market with a significantly reduced ask and a fresh set of images to highlight its unique design.

The reality TV personality initially put the seven-bedroom Holmby Hills property on the market on Dec. 22, according to property records, just over five years after she snapped it up for $36.5 million in 2020.

The extraordinary dwelling then lingered on the market for several months until June 24, when Realtor.com® exclusively revealed that the property had vanished from the selling block.

At the time, a source close to Jenner suggested to Realtor.com that the property would be returning to the market. Now, the listing is back with a very steep—and enticing—price cut as well as a sparkling new set of images and a fresh property description.

When it was first listed with Ginger Glass of Compass, the property was hailed as a “modern fortress designed for the ultimate privacy seeker,” offering an Instagram-worthy layout with 15,320 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and 9.5 bathrooms.

While the updated listing still highlights the incredible design of the home, it also touts it as a true sanctuary, a place where those who value their privacy above all can get away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

“Situated on Mapleton Drive in Holmby Hills—arguably the most prestigious location in Los Angeles—this modern fortress is the ultimate sanctuary for the elite privacy seeker and wellness enthusiast seeking a professional pickleball court, basketball court, and a dedicated gym structure,” it reads. 

“Leaving the world behind, twelve-foot-tall gates recede into massive perimeter walls and lush, manicured greenery.”

Just before entering the home, guests are greeted by 12-foot-tall gates that emphasize the importance of safety and privacy.

The living area comes complete with a cozy fireplace and an expansive view of the backyard, which features a resort-style pool.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a marble island and seating area, plenty of cabinet space, and state-of-the-art appliances.

The spacious dining area is surrounded by all-white walls and topped by an elegant chandelier.

One of the many entertaining areas features a second bar and a pool table, making it the perfect place to welcome guests.

The property “designed for grand-scale entertaining and quiet retreat alike” includes a cozy home theater, a chic bar, a pool cabana, a large gym, a game room, an outdoor projection screen, and a sport court.

There are also “two guest apartments with two additional guest suites” that feature private patios and separate entrances, according to the listing.

“This property offers the ultimate in privacy and security,” the listing adds.

However, the concrete manse is not the only property that Jenner currently has on the market. The reality star and mother of two is also trying to sell her longtime Hidden Hills abode, which is currently listed for $17.99 million.

She purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It initially served as the on-screen star’s primary residence for many years.

Jenner has carried out extensive renovations to her Hidden Hills starter home, which is now “designed for both everyday living and grand-scale entertaining,” according to the listing held by fellow reality TV star Josh Altman, of Douglas Elliman.

“The light-filled residence was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring a spectacular open floor plan,” the description goes on.

Just five weeks after listing the abode, the makeup mogul slashed a sizable $2.26 million from her asking price.

Jenner will not be quitting the Hidden Hills neighborhood—where the majority of her family members also reside—altogether, however. She purchased a huge plot of land in the area for $15 million in 2020, where she spent more than five years building her dream estate.

According to planning applications, Jenner had earmarked the parcel to serve as the location of an enormous 18,000-square-foot property that would offer her additional privacy and more room for her family to enjoy.

Among the features of her newly designed dwelling were a 12-car garage, a guesthouse, a sport court, and a security office, as well as an enormous swimming pool.

As of June 2025, images revealed that work on the project was nearly completed, suggesting that Jenner may have been preparing to move into her new abode full time.

In January, Jenner took her fans on a tour of the nearly completed property, showing off the different spaces and gushing about some of the design details that had been added, including the stone exteriors and the reclaimed wood floors.

The reality star also previously shared the “things around my home that make me happy” in a November 2024 post on her Instagram account.

Jenner posted an elegant dining table surrounded by chic gray chairs, with a dramatic painting of a nude woman set against a bold green backdrop hanging on the wall behind it.

The colorful canvas is one of the few elements in her home that doesn’t follow the otherwise muted palette she has chosen for her home, focusing on shades of gray, brown, and beige for many of her furniture pieces.

One such element she shared in her posts is a large brown boucle and wood chair that sits atop a beige rug, alongside a large potted plant. Jenner chose a similar shade for the upholstery in her home theater, revealing two rows of brown velvet chairs that she described as “yummy” in her caption.

Despite the very grown-up interior aesthetic, Jenner did call attention to one item in the home that was chosen especially for her two children, Stormi and Aire, whom she shares with former partner Travis Scott: a chic kids’ table with two sheepskin-lined chairs.

While sharing a photo of the table, Jenner revealed that she actually had a mishap with it while messing around with her kids.

“Still love this kids table even though I fractured my knee while playing tag with my kids on this,” she wrote.

Perhaps one of the most extravagant items featured in the posts was an image of “The Kardashians” star’s home gym, which features a $12,000 Christian Dior treadmill, as well as what appears to be a half basketball court.

She also revealed several decorative items that pay tribute to her family, including a heartwarming black-and-white framed photo of Jenner posing with mom Kris Jenner, dad Caitlyn Jenner, and all of her siblings: Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, and Kendall.
