Eventually they will own homes
This video reminds me how much my life has changed. Success doesn't happen overnight. Every small win is proof that consistency pays off. Stay patient, keep learning, and never stop believing in your goals. Your breakthrough could be closer than you think, I began with a small investment, and over time grew my portfolio to more than $98,420. It's been an incredibly rewarding journey.. ! 🚀💯
Yeah, right. Paid advertisement.
YOLO
🤣 lmao
Oh wait…. I thought Millie’s didn’t have any money and were waiting for Boomers to die to get some?
Sounds like b.s lol. Someone trying to pump up the real estate market. Someone that owns CNBC and a whole lot of property lol.. survey?
They said young millionaires and top 25 million or more….hmmm 😂. Who the hell are the gonna sell it too!
In the meantime only 34% of Americans can afford an entry level home. what a skewed headline!
Because they just received mommy and daddy's inheritance who made their money from their homes.
Where will they get the funds?? Mom and Dad?
😅😅😅😅 young millionaires how about the working class 😅😅😅
ah hem, young multi millionaire here.* please use my pronouns correctly. est. nov. 1982 lower middle class new jersey.
What a useless video. Fortunately CNBC has more to offer
Collectibles / Trading cards. You're welcome
Portfolio at 70 percent yoy. Good luck getting that with real estate especially with so many code changes and cost of repair renovation exploding . I run a company that installs and repairs drywall and the amount of asbestos ladent homes that will be knocked down is going to go nuts as the abatement cost is beyond the range where it is profitable for owners of property. Also big electrical grid changes comming which will make it even harder to stay up to code . People looking at real estate are more likely to not know how to manage a sandwich and therefore are picking mirror investments like their older generation.
So the young gen is making it harder for others from young gen from buying homes 😂😂
Good luck outperforming SPY with real estate 😅😅
